Shipping Info

Orders are handmade in the order they are received. Shipping insurance is mandatory on all customs orders and recommended on orders over $100, please contact us for more information.

North American Buyers

Orders are shipped between 3-5 business days after payment has been processed. We offer two methods of delivery, standard or express, however these are dependant upon shipping destination. If you're item does not arrive within 21 business days of purchase, please contact me and we will further discuss our procedure handling matters of that nature.

International Buyers

Orders ship between 3-5 business days after payment has been processed. Please note that a tracking number may not be available depending your location, but will be provided if available. Delays at your local customs office should be considered when calculating arrival times for international purchases. If you're item does not arrive within 28 business days of purchase, please contact me and we will further discuss our procedure handling matters of that nature. 


Payment Options

PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover Card. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to use this free service.
If you live within the Fraser Valley and would like to pick up and pay cash, simply select the 'local buyer' option at checkout and I will contact you to schedule a pick up time.

To pay by Cash, Cheque or Money Order, please mail payment to the address at the bottom of this page. I will contact you when your payment has arrived and let you know when you order is being shipped. Just choose the Mail Payment option when completing your order. 

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days from original purchase date. You must contact us for an RMA number before shipping your product back to us. Products will not be accepted for return or exchange without an RMA number written clearly on the outside of your package. For your security, we recommend you return all product to us with an insured courier and retain your receipt, as we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. 

Once your return has been processed and deemed to be in its original unworn condition, you will be credited via PayPal for the merchandise amount only. We do not refund shipping, transaction or customs fees. Custom orders are non-refundable.

Custom Orders

We understand it can be hard to find just the accessory for those special occasions. Please email our styling team your request (and any images you can help us to visualize your request) and we will contact you with pricing and options available. Please note: a couture charge may be applied to allow for design, materials and stocking
